This policy applies to all products purchased from our online store - Varganum.com
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day you received the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement (e.g., by email). You can use our provided withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition, complete with all accessories and original packaging. The product must not show any signs of use or wear that would prevent its resale as a new item. We reserve the right to refuse a return or reduce the refund amount if the product is not in its original condition due to damage or use.
The consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be shipped back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund will cover the cost of the returned item only.
Please note: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse to accept a package upon delivery, we will refund only the cost of the goods, after deducting our costs for shipping and handling.
We will process the refund without undue delay, no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned goods.
We are happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal or higher value. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to confirm availability.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item.
The exchange will be processed only after we receive and inspect the original item, ensuring it meets the conditions for return outlined above. If the new item has a higher value, we will contact you to arrange for the additional payment.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will cover all costs related to the return and replacement of any defective items.
